We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any orders.

However, if there is a problem with your order (damaged item, wrong item received, etc.), please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@tarrz.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll do our best to make it right — whether that’s sending a replacement, offering store credit, or finding another solution.
